是嚴禁輪胎打滑。自動上料攪拌車作業時,遇阻力而猛加油門往往會出現輪胎打滑的現象。這種現象通常是由于駕駛員操作不當造成的,既增加了油耗又損傷了輪胎。

其次是嚴禁后輪翹起。由于自動上料攪拌車的掘起力大,駕駛員通常在鏟挖堅實的原土和石料山等作業過程中,如果操作不當就容易出現兩后輪翹起離地現象。這種翹起動作的落地慣性,會造成鏟斗的刃板斷裂、鏟斗變形;后輪翹起很高時還容易引起前后機架等結構的焊接處開裂,甚板材斷裂等。
