1油耗不斷增加
1. Increasing fuel consumption
(1)不良反應:攪拌車油耗不斷增加。
(1) Adverse reaction: the fuel consumption of mixer truck is increasing.
(2)病情原因:油耗增加的原因很多。但常見又容易被忽略的是對輪胎氣壓的檢查。輪胎胎壓不足不僅會導致行駛阻力增加,造成油耗上升,還會影響輪胎的使用壽命。
(2) Cause of illness: there are many reasons for the increase in fuel consumption. But the common and easily overlooked is the inspection of tire pressure. Insufficient tire pressure will not only increase driving resistance and fuel consumption, but also affect the service life of tires.
(3)綠色保養:自備胎壓測量器,經常檢查輪胎氣壓。切記不要忘記備胎的檢查,以免急需更換備胎時,才發現備胎不能使用。氣溫高時胎壓會比平時高一些,冷天或陰涼處測量的胎壓比較準確。輪胎每行駛1萬km要互換位置,避免前后磨損程度相差太大。如果需要更換磨損嚴重的輪胎,好2個或4個一起更換,紋路相同的輪胎可以前后交叉更換。另外,折線花紋的輪胎有助于節省燃油。
(3) Green maintenance: bring your own tire pressure gauge and check the tire pressure frequently. Remember not to forget the inspection of the spare tire, so as to avoid finding that the spare tire cannot be used when it is in urgent need of replacement. When the temperature is high, the tire pressure will be higher than usual. The tire pressure measured in cold days or in the shade is more accurate. The positions of tires shall be changed every 10000 km to avoid too large difference between front and rear wear. If you need to replace seriously worn tires, replace 2 or 4 tires together. Tires with the same grain can be replaced crosswise. In addition, broken line tires help to save fuel.

2動力性能下降
2. Power performance degradation
(1)不良反應:發動機動力性能下降,油耗增加,噴嘴堵塞。
(1) Adverse reactions: the engine power performance decreases, the fuel consumption increases, and the nozzle is blocked.
(2)病情原因:很可能是由于長時間未更換機油、機油濾清器、空氣濾清器和汽(柴)油濾清器造成了油料燃燒不充分,發動機積炭較多等而致。
(2) Cause of illness: it is likely that the engine oil, oil filter, air filter and steam (diesel) oil filter have not been changed for a long time, resulting in insufficient oil combustion and more carbon deposition in the engine.
(3)綠色保養:建議機油、機油濾清器,每行駛約5000km更換一次,空氣濾清器和汽(柴)油濾清器每行駛1萬km時需更換,否則空氣、燃油和機油中的雜質會造成零件磨損和油路堵塞,從而影響發動機正常運轉。
(3) Green maintenance: it is recommended to replace the engine oil and oil filter every 5000km, and replace the air filter and steam (diesel) oil filter every 10000km, otherwise the impurities in air, fuel and engine oil will cause parts wear and oil circuit blockage, thus affecting the normal operation of the engine.
3冷卻液滴漏

(1)不良反應:車下滴漏出一灘莫名其妙的液體,且冷卻液的液面高度下降。
(1) Adverse reaction: a pool of inexplicable liquid drips out under the car, and the liquid level of coolant drops.
(2)病情原因:通常情況下,造成滴漏的原因是連接冷卻液箱和發動機間的橡皮管有裂縫。
(2) Cause of illness: usually, the cause of leakage is a crack in the rubber tube connecting the coolant tank and the engine.
(3)綠色保養:變質的冷卻液防銹品質下降,不但容易導致散熱器、管路、軟管等部件的損壞,而且因冷卻液的主要成分是乙二醇,滴漏到地上表2混凝土攪拌車工作裝置常見故障分析及排除方法也會造成環境和空氣污染。通過目測很難判斷冷卻液是否變質,所以要定期更換冷卻液,切莫等到出現故障再去修理。一般建議混凝土攪拌車每行駛4萬km或2年須更換冷卻液,另外每2年須更換冷卻風扇皮帶。
(3) Green maintenance: the deterioration of the antirust quality of the coolant will not only easily lead to the damage of the radiator, pipeline, hose and other components, but also cause environmental and air pollution because the main component of the coolant is ethylene glycol, which drips to the ground. Table 2 common fault analysis and troubleshooting methods of the working device of the concrete mixer will also cause environmental and air pollution. It is difficult to judge whether the coolant is deteriorated by visual inspection, so replace the coolant regularly and do not wait until there is a fault. It is generally recommended that the coolant of the concrete mixer should be replaced every 40000 km or 2 years, and the cooling fan belt should be replaced every 2 years.
4發動機不啟動

(1)不良反應:多次點火,發動機不啟動。
(1) Adverse reaction: multiple ignition, engine does not start.
(2)病情原因:發動機啟動是靠電瓶的電流推動火花塞點火完成,因而啟動系統出現故障,很可能是由于電瓶生銹或者電瓶液滴漏造成。
(2) Cause of illness: the ignition of the spark plug is completed by the current of the battery when the engine is started. Therefore, the failure of the starting system may be caused by the rust of the battery or the dripping of battery liquid.
(3)綠色保養:每1~2個月要查看電瓶內的電瓶液是否充足。如果不足,可添加蒸餾水適當高度。目前乘用車大都采用免維護電瓶,不可擅自加水。此外,每年都要檢查一下電瓶的正負端接點有無生銹或污濁的現象。
(3) Green maintenance: check whether the battery liquid in the battery is sufficient every 1 ~ 2 months. If not enough, add distilled water to the appropriate height. At present, most passenger cars use maintenance free batteries, and water cannot be added without authorization. 5排氣噪聲增加

(1)不良反應:發動機排氣的噪聲增加,廢氣排放量也超標。
(1) Adverse reaction: the noise of engine exhaust increases and the exhaust emission exceeds the standard.
(2)病情原因:發動機的廢氣經高溫發生氧化作用,很可能導致排氣系統泄漏。
(2) Cause of illness: the exhaust gas of the engine is oxidized at high temperature, which is likely to lead to leakage of the exhaust system.
(3)綠色保養:檢查排氣系統的管路、接口處(特別是消音器)是否被廢氣腐蝕,接口墊有沒有被沖壞。若發現排氣系統泄漏應及時修理或更換泄漏部件。每年檢查1次不僅可以保證排氣系統正常運轉,更重要的是減少尾氣對環境的污染。
(3) Green maintenance: check whether the pipelines and interfaces of the exhaust system (especially the muffler) are corroded by waste gas and whether the interface pad is washed out. If the exhaust system leaks, repair or replace the leaking parts in time. Checking once a year can not only ensure the normal operation of the exhaust system, but also reduce the pollution of tail gas to the environment.
