6、經常性檢查管路及液壓設備的緊固螺栓是否有松動，保障設備的，必要時更換螺栓。少每隔6個月檢查液壓泵、液壓馬達及油路的密封性能。

7、注意觀察散熱器上的真空表指示，當指針位于紅色區域時，應及時更換濾芯，對于使用一年以上的濾芯，即使指針不在紅色區域，也應該更換；要使用同一生產廠家的產品。

7. Pay attention to the indication of the vacuum gauge on the radiator. When the pointer is in the red area, the filter element should be replaced in time. For the filter element that has been used for more than one year, even if the pointer is not in the red area, it should be replaced; Use products from the same manufacturer.

8、液壓油及齒輪油必須定期更換（此條特別關鍵，做不好會造成液壓件故障、悶罐），運行100工作小時必須更換，以后每1000工作小時（但少每年）必須更換一次，濾芯應該同時更換（對于一體化的散熱器，無壓力表指示，應遵循本條更換濾芯）。
